Most people think about whats going on outside of them not whats
really going on inside of them. But it is really inside of them
where all the transformation happens. There is huge capacity for
you to learn and adapt and make everything appear to be easy. But you 
were blocked up until now to experience this learning and adaptation process
because you were consumed with the wrong thoughts

Imagine yourself & your ego as being a huge heavy ball lying in front of you.
The bigger your ego is the harder it is for you to get the ball rolling.
Thats because most people think that the ego is the only part of themselves
Many religions like bhuddism know that the ego is not everything that is to
the universe. In fact the ego is somewhat non-existent and really easy to change.
Once you realize that its easy to control the ego and its symptoms you can
start to get the ball rolling and thats where all the transformation will happen
At first you are not even sure that any transformation is happening and suddenly
you find yourself in situations that you would never have expected and you will
feel liberated of all your past ideas of how things should be

In the beginning, I usually hear objections to change. But that is only natural.
The larger the objection to change yourself the bigger is your ego. The more
afraid the ego is to change.

The very first idea that you have to get into your mind is that
you are able to change. Deep within you you already know that you are 
able to change but you dont have the right tools yet. 
I want you to substitute "its always going to stay like now" to
"i am able to grow anytime". You will start monitoring your thoughts. 
You will become aware of what you are thinking and anytime you have the idea 
that its always going to stay like it is remember "i am able to grow anytime".
Dont just say "i am able to grow anytime". Really burn it into your mind. 
Do you ever see people so convinced about something even though you know its 
not necessarily true? Take radical islamists. They are ready to make huge sacrifices
for what they believe in but we commonly know that its not true what they believe.
Well it doesnt have to a negative believe. You can believe something 
positive. Start believing that you are able to grow anytime. 

Sometimes even starting this simple is really hard. Therefore i suggest
the tiniest of actions that you can do to start. Write "i can grow anytime" 
in your computer and print it out. Make the font really big and put one copy next 
to your workplace and one next to your sleeping place. Don't pay conscious attention
to your printout. just leave it hanging and ignore it. If you start with this supertiny
step you will start pushing the ball. Don't think about it.. just do this step.
DO IT NOW!!... moments later... i hope you did the printout already.

The way your mind works is really marvelous but the way we abuse it is appauling.
Actually, yes, you should be ashamed of how you treated yourself in the past.
We are going to change this completely and you will feel excellent & successful
every day in your life because you will feel and understand that you are in 
complete control.

I will tell you many secrets in the following chapters on what works and what doesnt.
You will be amazed on how i put a different spin and perspective on 
common psychological ideas and i will also introduce you to the completely 
new concept of speed visualization.  It occured to me when i woke up once 
and i connected a couple of ideas i read in some research papers.
